La Quinta by Wyndham PCB Coastal Palms

Worst place ever, the room description stated 3 beds but there were only 2 (including the sofabed), hours later they brought a rolling bed and it had a huge beer/piss stain, ice-machine didn’t work, room cards didn’t work, room wasn’t clean, reception was super slow and it took them hours to get us sheet and they weren’t as clean as others hotels. Literally the worst hotel I stayed so far.

Property was great convient to get into and out off right off the main drag Kids enjoyed the pool and hottub AC worked great (from up north) even on west facing kinda hot afternoons the room stayed cool I found parking to be plentiful everytime i left and came back (we did mon tues wed stay) Breakfast was just like any other La Quinta (this is prob 40th night we have stayed at in last 12y) t This property doesnt allow pets (unlike most La Quinta) but this time i wasn't teaveling with pets so not a deal breaker ($250 fee for pets)

The hotel's temperature regulation system appeared inadequate, resulting in an extended period for our room to achieve a comfortable temperature. Additionally, my daughter stepped into canine feces that was spread throughout the hallway. Furthermore, the hot tub was not functioning at the expected temperature. Overall, I express dissatisfaction with the quality of our stay.

I read the reviews… A few of them at least… But if you read more, you’re going to see a recurring theme. The front desk staff are some of the more apathetic people I’ve ever seen work as a group in the hotel industry. Led by Denecia they stare you down with out greeting or any type of semblance of a smile. Almost makes you feel like you’re working for them. Go to your room, come across one of the housekeeping staff who do a great job, they are as friendly as can be. Maintenance friendly, every single person behind the desk you could tell didn’t really want to be there and certainly didn’t want to help customers. The place is clean if you want to drive back-and-forth to the beach it’s great. Breakfast is good for what it is. This place would be so much better with a smile. Hello, how was your day? Everything OK with your room, sir? Let us know if you need anything! Nope, none of that. How many reviews about this one item until it is aggress because if they get friendly the place is going to have a lot of repeat business. Period. Promise people reconsider because of this alone when they visit back to PCB.

The floor was nasty spelled like poop in the whole building. My room smelled like cigarettes. The cleaners don’t use vacuums they only sweep and don’t use mops. All the furniture was very very used. The bed was wore slap out wasted my money. DO NOT GO To this place it’s nasty. The hallway was stain in every room door way

The lady at the check in counter was not efficient at all, very unfriendly. They turned the heat of on the hot tub at 7pm and it does not close until 10pm. The wster was luke warm at best.

Had trouble from the minute i walked in the door. Front desk lady was rude and billed the wrong card and treated me poorly over it. The shower curtain didnt even come down far enough so it was a mess when shower time came. Hair dryer didnt work and when asked i had to do all their leg work and i was suppose to b on vacation.

Seemed very unorganized. The night auditor and 2nd shift guest service person tried their best but the 1st shift person with the long eyelashes that I believe was in charge was not friendly and seemed to not know what she was doing. Spend your money elsewhere, rooms were dirty, equipment was patched together and service was poor

Location was great! Close to a variety of eatery. Minutes away from beach. However, it could use updating. Room was ok. My curtains were slashed but besides that room was clean.
